Colour Therapy

Blog

Colour therapy, also known as Chromotherapy, has become an increasingly popular practice during the winter season, when it is reported that 1 in 3 people, or 29%* of the British population suffer from S.A.D (Seasonal Affective Disorder), a type of depression caused by a lack of exposure to sunlight.

One of the most popular ways to combat S.A.D is through ‘Colour therapy’, where you expose the body to the full light spectrum of the rainbow. But, our favourite way? Displaying the beautifully vibrant Dr. Bronner’s Magic Soaps! Their bright colours and gorgeous organic ingredients are the perfect seasonal pick-me-up!
