We’re delighted to introduce you to our new client and exciting new spa for 2021, the Wave Garden Spa in Snowdonia.
North Wales is set to get a wellbeing boost next year with the arrival of the Wave Garden Spa, a new £1.25m 650 square metre luxury destination spa due to open on 26th March 2021.
Located within the grounds of the Adventure Parc Snowdonia in the Conwy Valley – an award-winning adventure resort which is home to the world’s first inland surf lagoon – the Wave Garden Spa has been carefully designed to make the most of its natural resources and the magnificent landscapes of Snowdonia.
The Wave Garden Spa is all about pure water, fresh air and freedom. Guests will be able to relax and unwind as they enjoy the sound of waves and views of the mountains and forests, bathe in pools fed with chemical free water and enjoy unique cleansing and purifying treatments, contemporary design and a stunning heated sensory spa garden.
Inside the spa, a fragrant thermal journey welcomes visitors with its vitality waterfall pool, steam room and iconic oversized Himalayan salt sauna, all of which have views out across the surf lagoon to the mountains and forests beyond. The Wave Garden Spa will also be the only one in North Wales where guests can have a complete immersion in the steam-based cleansing and purifying rituals of a traditional Hammam.
Outside, there is a warm hydrotherapy pool, loungers, relaxation pods and fire pits to keep guests cosy. A traditional wooden barrel sauna, fragrant herb garden and yoga studio complete the outdoor experience.
The Wave Garden Spa has partnered with leading marine skincare brand, Thalgo and Tribe517, a bespoke product line made in Wales using locally sourced natural ingredients, to offer a range of innovative and luxurious face and body treatments and rituals within the spa’s five beautifully styled treatment rooms.
Announcing the opening of the Wave Garden Spa, Adventure Parc Snowdonia’s managing director, Andy Ainscough said: “The Wave Garden Spa is the exciting next step in our plans for Adventure Parc Snowdonia to be a destination for wellbeing, incorporating exhilarating activities and adventures with the finest facilities to de-stress, relax and rejuvenate. Our family owned business has been built on our passion for the great outdoors, and our new spa fully embraces this with outstanding views, the sound of rolling waves and a stunning spa garden.”
Danni Hitchen, Adventure Parc Snowdonia director and sister to Andy Ainscough, adds “2020 has highlighted how important wellness is to us all, so along with the facilities we’ve incorporated some incredible therapies and treatments including our hammam experience which will be a real treat for our guests. We can’t wait to welcome our first guests in March next year.”
The perfect place for a romantic break, some indulgent solitude or quality time out with family or friends, the Wave Garden Spa offers day, half day and overnight spa breaks including some exclusive ‘thrill & chill’ adventure, surf and spa packages. The spa connects directly to the new 106-bedroom Hilton Garden Inn Snowdonia, set to be one of the largest hotels in North Wales, where guests will be able to enjoy high quality facilities and service.
Gift vouchers are now available to purchase for the Wave Garden Spa starting from £20, for visits valid until December 2021.
